At this free MBSR Preview Session organized by the Singapore School of Meditation and Yoga and Mindful Moments Singapore, Mindfulness Coach Erin Lee will introduce you to the empirically-based Classic 8-Week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program as developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts. 


This 1-hour preview session will include information about what to expect from the program, the program structure, teaching approach, research-proven benefits, as well as engage you in the basic mindfulness practices from the program. You can also ask Erin any questions about mindfulness or the MBSR program.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?


While there is no minimum age requirement to enter the preview session, it is worth noting that the MBSR Program is typically open to participants aged 18 and above. 


What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?


Regency House is just a 4 minutes walk from Somerset MRT!


What can I bring into the event?


Just bring yourself and an open mind! Cushions and yoga mats will be provided for sitting and engaging in mindfulness practices.

Have Some Mindful Moments at KK Women's and Children's Hospital Green Bazaar
Mindful Moments will be participating in the Green Bazaar at KK Women's and Children's Hospital! 

Date: Wednesday 16 November 
Venue: KK Women's and Children's Hospital, 100 Bukit Timah Road, Singapore 229899
Location: Children's Tower Level 1

Cost: Free

Visit our information booth between 10 am - 4 pm to get a free consultation or chat with Mindfulness Coach Erin, and ask her questions about mindfulness training. 

Erin will also be conducting a workshop - Introduction to Practical Mindfulness - during the lunch hour (12 pm - 1 pm) at the Training Room. Members of the public can walk in and register.

    MiMo founder Erin Lee is a Mindfulness Coach and MBSR Teacher at Mindful Moments, and advocate of mindfulness as the way of life. She conducts the classic 8-Week MBSR Program, as well as the 8-Week MBSR Workplace Program. 

    Erin holds a Masters of Science in Studies in Mindfulness with University of Aberdeen, UK. She is a Certified MBSR Teacher as acknowledged by the Mindfulness-Based Professional Training Institute (MBPTI) of the University of California San Diego (UCSD) Center for Mindfulness to conduct and deliver the classic Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program.
