Teaching Mindfulness as Life Skills

Nothing brings me more joy than when I'm teaching mindfulness as a set of skills and facilitating people's discovery in finding greater ease in the world they inhabit. 

​I am certified to teach the classic Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program for adults, as well as .b mindfulness for youths.

​I also work with educational institutions to design, develop, and deliver mindfulness-based curriculum and content.

MBSR Program

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction: the widely-recognised mindfulness program that changes your relationship with stress and forever transforms the way you live. 

Each program includes 8 weekly sessions at 2.5 hours per session, plus an all-day retreat. Each weekly session covers experiential practices in stillness and movement, inquiry into experience, and discussions on the applications of mindfulness skills in daily life.

Since 2015, I have facilitated 16 MBSR programs to adult learners. Reach out to Erin for a discussion on organising one for your community.
