Bringing Mindfulness into the Workplace

We engaged Erin for three mindfulness sessions for our team. We were initially apprehensive as we were not familiar with mindfulness. However, Erin quickly put us at ease in our first session. Through her open sharing and clear explanations, we were able to understand the concepts better and apply them in our daily lives. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the sessions and look forward to making mindfulness a way of life. We would definitely recommend her courses to anyone seeking a better understanding of mindfulness!

Erin recently conducted mindfulness sessions for our firm.
