We held two Mindfulness Information Sessions on Saturday 27 August 2016, and shared with members of the public the background, development, applications and research outcomes of mindfulness, as well as the 8-Week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program. If you had missed our info sessions, Erin is offering a free 15 minute individual info session / consultation in the month of September to answer any questions you may have about mindfulness.
