Mindfulness Taster Workshop: The Art of Living In The Present In this taster workshop, Mindfulness Coach Erin Lee will introduce to you the foundations of mindfulness, to discover the benefits of living in the present to improve health and wellness. Through various mindfulness activities, you will learn to open up your six senses - sight, sound, smell, taste, touch and thoughts - to pay attention to the present moment. These activities are designed to be easily incorporated into each individual's daily lives. This taster workshop facilitated by Mindfulness Coach Erin Lee introduces you to the mind-body stress reactivity and response system, the role of stress in our lives, as well as the effects of stress on our well-being. You will learn mindfulness practices that support the development of self-awareness and the understanding of the nature of the mind, thus acquiring basic skills to change the relationship you have with the stress you face in life.
