Joy and Wonder Amidst blooming life, spring encourages us to rediscover our innate joyfulness, to open our senses, and to delight in the simplicity of being. 5. WHO IS MY RETREAT TEACHER? Erin Lee is a mindfulness coach dedicated to inspiring mindfulness as a way of life. Based in Singapore, Erin is passionate about supporting people in living more healthily, thoughtfully, and wisely. Through her work with urban communities and professionals, she teaches mindfulness as a set of attentional skills essential for self-regulation and navigating the stresses of modern living. A certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher, Erin holds a Master of Science in Studies in Mindfulness. She initiated The Big Sit in 2020, a social meditation movement that encourages the use of public spaces for the practice of mindfulness and fostering of collective wellbeing. Erin has recently released her first book, Take A Pause: Waking Up To A Life Of Clarity. WHERE IS THE RETREAT CENTRE?
