I had the privilege of being guided by Erin during my first-ever retreat, and what stood out most was her voice - its warm timbre, clarity, and precise articulation created a calm trustworthy space.

Every word she chose felt intentional and spot on, making mindfulness concepts easy to grasp. Phrases such as “non-striving” were clearly explained and set the tone for the retreat.

Her down-to-earth facilitation and relatable examples, many drawn from her own experiences, put me at ease as a newcomer.
