A five-day mindfulness retreat into quiet wisdom and the light within. Facilitated by Erin Lee, Mindfulness Coach and Author of Take A Pause. THE WHOLEHEARTED WOMAN The wholehearted woman isn’t defined by perfection, achievement, or constant positivity. She lives with a sense of alignment and integrity. Inwardly grounded, she allows herself to be fully human, trusts the unfolding of life, and chooses to meet each moment with presence and openness. This retreat invites women to step out of the many roles we carry – professional, partner, mother, daughter, leader – and return to the gentle strength of the spirited woman within. Held near the ancient temples of Angkor, we gather in a place shaped by time, resilience, and wisdom. Surrounded by stone weathered by centuries, we reflect on what within ourselves is equally strong and steady. Over five days, we explore emotional clarity, self-compassion, and the practice of wholehearted living. This retreat is about remembering who you already are and trusting your innate capacity for healing, growth, and renewal. WHO IS THIS RETREAT FOR? Whether you are a new to mindfulness or a seasoned practitioner, you will find this five-day retreat supportive if:
THE JOURNEY DAY 1: Softening into Mindful Presence
We begin the retreat by slowing down enough to truly arrive, easing out of performance mode and into embodied presence. DAY 2: Listening to the Voice of Wisdom When outer noise softens, the inner landscape follows, allowing something subtler within to be felt and heard. DAY 3: Making Space for Clarity Clarity rarely comes from pressure or force – it emerges when space is created and patience is practiced. DAY 4: Reclaiming our Strength With clarity comes a grounded strength that arises from alignment rather than over-striving. DAY 5: Carrying the Light Home The final day turns toward integration, as we reflect on what has shifted, what feels clearer, and what needs protection as we return to daily life.

Erin created a space that let me slow down and reconnect with what matters. Her approach is practical and structured — I left with clear tools I use daily and a personal anchor word I carry forward. Erin cultivates a safe and inclusive space for all participants, meeting each person with compassion regardless of their background or state of mind. I had the privilege of being guided by Erin during my first-ever retreat, and what stood out most was her voice - its warm timbre, clarity, and precise articulation created a calm trustworthy space. Erin's gentle disposition has allowed me to feel safe and be able to open up quickly during the retreat. The program is well thought through and flexibility was exercised when needed to. A spacious urban immersion to unwind the mind, soothe the body, and nourish the heart. Step into this quiet pocket of pause, come home to yourself, and reconnect with what truly matters.
