What Can I Expect?

Before the retreat begins, the Teacher will arrange a meeting to understand your context, discuss your needs, and align with your intentions. A personalised program will be designed based on your unique needs.

Over the three days of the retreat, you can expect:

  • Gentle mindfulness practices in both stillness and movement, guided personally by the Teacher
​
  • Restful time in nature - quiet walks, periods of contemplation, and space to simply breathe and be
​
  • Wholesome, farm-to-table, plant-based meals specially designed to support your wellbeing
​
  • Reflection practices through journaling, reading, and conversations with the Teacher
​
  • ​Options for healing spa / massage treatments and visits to Ubud's places of culture and beauty

Schedule with Teacher:

PRE-RETREAT: Alignment
  • 45 minute discussion with Teacher (online), preparation for retreat

DAY 1: Arrival + Grounding
  • 90 minute session in the evening

DAY 2: Awareness + Insight
  • 90 minute session in the morning
  • ​90 minute session in the evening

DAY 3: Intention + Integration
  • ​90 minute session in the morning

POST-RETREAT: Embodiment
  • 45 minute review with Teacher (online), discussion about continuity​

Who is My Retreat Teacher?

Erin is a Mindfulness & Wellbeing Coach dedicated to inspiring mindfulness as a way of life. Currently based in Singapore, Erin is deeply interested in making the practice of mindfulness more accessible and supporting people in living more healthily, thoughtfully, and wisely.

Through her work with corporate clients, communities, and working professionals, she teaches mindfulness as a set of attentional and awareness skills that are necessary for self-regulation and navigating the stresses of the modern world.

A Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher, Erin holds a Masters of Science in Studies in Mindfulness. She founded Take A Pause, a global community of mindfulness practitioners, as well as initiated The Big Sit, a social meditation movement that encourages the use of public spaces in cities for fostering mental health and collective wellbeing.
