Erin is a Mindfulness & Wellbeing Coach, dedicated to inspiring mindfulness as a way of life. A Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher, Erin holds an Masters in Studies in Mindfulness. Through her work as a trainer and coach, she teaches mindfulness as a set of attentional and awareness skills necessary for self-regulation and navigating the stresses of the modern world.
Erin first founded Take A Pause as a regular gathering of urbanites who would like to practice mindfulness and wind down together after work in Singapore's business district. Today, Take A Pause has evolved into a global community meeting once a week on Insight Timer to share moments of mindfulness and contemplation. |
