Erin is a Mindfulness & Wellbeing Coach dedicated to inspiring mindfulness as a way of life. Currently based in Singapore, Erin is deeply interested in making the practice of mindfulness more accessible and supporting people in living more healthily, thoughtfully, and wisely.
Through her work with corporate clients, communities, and working professionals, she teaches mindfulness as a set of attentional and awareness skills that are necessary for self-regulation and navigating the stresses of the modern world. A Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher, Erin holds a Masters of Science in Studies in Mindfulness. She founded Take A Pause, a global community of mindfulness practitioners, as well as initiated The Big Sit, a social meditation movement that encourages the use of public spaces in cities for fostering mental health and collective wellbeing. |
