Let’s all wash our hands mindfully! And “mindfully” doesn’t just mean “carefully”, we need to be aware of everything that’s happening in the hand-washing experience. The general guideline for really cleaning our hands is to scrub and wash them for at least 20 seconds. So if you do this three times a day, you’d have effortlessly practiced over one minute of mindful awareness! I know our attention is pretty much on COVID-19 these days, but let's talk about something else for a change. How about the fact that mindfulness can help boost our immunity? Pretty neat huh? |
