Washing Your Hands Mindfully

Let’s all wash our hands mindfully! And “mindfully” doesn’t just mean “carefully”, we need to be aware of everything that’s happening in the hand-washing experience. The general guideline for really cleaning our hands is to scrub and wash them for at least 20 seconds. So if you do this three times a day, you’d have effortlessly practiced over one minute of mindful awareness!
