Mindfulness Coaching for Individuals and Teams

What is this?

You may have heard or read about mindfulness and would like to get started on it, or you might have had some experience with mindfulness and would like professional support in further exploring or establishing this practice.

​Perhaps you're feel you're not ready for group mindfulness classes in the form of an 8-week training program, and you'd prefer to go at a more personalized pace at the moment. Or you may be facing specific challenges or stressful situations at home or with your team at the workplace, and you would like to learn to manage this using mindfulness.

How will I or my team benefit from this?

Research has shown mindfulness to offer the following benefits:

What will I learn?

  • Discover how mindfulness supports your mental and emotional wellbeing
  • ​Understand the foundational skills of attention and mindful awareness
  • Learn to be more in control of your behaviours and responses, rather than react impulsively
  • Develop awareness of your internal environment (thoughts, emotions, body and behaviours) as well as your external environment
  • ​Practice mindfulness effectively and seamlessly integrate it into your daily life at work and at home

How will I learn?

You may choose to go with one of the following options:
  • One-to-One Coaching (individual)
  • Small Group Coaching (2-5 pax of couples, family members or friends)
  • Team Coaching (for organizations)

You may choose to explore one of the following setups:
  • Online Coaching Sessions (via Zoom)
  • In-Person Sessions (workplace visits) 

What should I expect?

  • Experiential mindfulness practices guided in various postures, in both stillness and movement
  • Reflective exercises and learning to apply conceptual frameworks and tools
  • ​Planning and designing your own effective mindfulness practice
  • Facilitation and guidance from your coach at a personalized pace

What is expected of me?

  • Minimum commitment of six sessions of 1 - 1.5 hour each, to be completed within two months

Who will coach me?

​​Erin Lee is Founder and Mindfulness Coach of Mindful Moments Singapore. She is a mindfulness practitioner and advocate of mindfulness as a way of life. It is her personal vision to help more and more people learn mindfulness skills and incorporate mindfulness practice into their daily lives to improve their well-being.
 
Erin is a Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher as recognized by the Mindfulness-Based Professional Training Institute at the University of California San Diego (UCSD) Center for Mindfulness. She is trained to teach the .b mindfulness program to teenagers and young adults as recognized by the Mindfulness in Schools Project. Erin holds a Master of Science in Studies in Mindfulness with the University of Aberdeen, UK. She is a Professional Certified Stress Management Consultant as recognized by the Institute of Motivational Living.

​Erin conducts mindfulness training for corporate clients and organizations in both English and Chinese, and is also an experienced polytechnic lecturer. 

What is the difference between Team Coaching and Corporate Talks?

While corporate talks aim to introduce employees and organizational leaders to the foundations and benefits of practicing mindfulness, mindfulness coaching supports you in working through the challenges that are unique to your team or organization. Mindfulness coaching allows for deeper transformational change through a skillful integration of mindfulness into your workplace culture.
