The Gift of Mindfulness (Live Stream Class)
There is nothing more precious than offering mindful awareness to ourselves, our loved ones, and everyone else we cross paths with.
Join Mindfulness Coach Erin in a weekly morning routine of mindfulness practice, and start your day with a more refreshed and balanced state of mind. Receive proper guidance on practicing mindfulness effectively through paying attention to our mind and body in a kind, gentle, and non-judgmental way. Practices will be guided in both stillness and movement, in various postures. The final 10 minutes of class will be dedicated to sharing our practice experiences or clarifying questions about mindfulness.
WHEN: Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, 8:00 AM - 8:45 AM Singapore Time
WHAT TO PREPARE:
Please dress in comfortable, non-restrictive clothing, and ensure you have a quiet and conducive space for practice, with enough room for gentle stretching movements.
HOW TO SIGN UP:
Sign up and pay using a MindBody or ClassPass account. When you have registered for each session, an email with the Zoom meeting invite details will be sent to you the day or 20 min before class starts.
