ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

Learning and practicing mindfulness can be extremely helpful for children and youths who often juggle with multiple academic and social stress on a daily basis. Sign up for our Mindfulness Programme that is specially designed by experts to help students combat stress and develop resilience.

FOR STUDENTS:
• 4 weekly mini-group sessions.
• Introduce foundational mindfulness skills to regulate emotions and enhance wellbeing.
• Didactic teachings on managing distress and boosting resilience.
​• Comprise of experiential practices, discussions and reflections to engage participants.

THE TRAINERS:

Erin Lee is the Founder and Mindfulness Coach of Mindful Moments Singapore. She is a Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher as acknowledged by the Mindfulness-Based Professional Training Institute (MBPTI) of the University of California San Diego (UCSD) Center for Mindfulness. She also holds a Master of Science in Studies in Mindfulness with the University of Aberdeen, UK. Erin currently conducts mindfulness training for schools and organizations and is also an experienced polytechnic lecturer.  

Jacqueline Leong is the Founder of JL Counselling & Therapy. As an experienced psychotherapist, certified MBSR teacher and part-time clinical supervisor with National Institute of Education, she has many years of experience working with youth, parents, families, couples and children with special needs. Currently, she conducts mindfulness talks and workshops in schools and other agencies. She also runs weekly social skills groups for students diagnosed with ASD and ADHD.
